First lets get something straight, Harassment is bullying. The degree of bullying that harms others depends on what society decides equally, from facts, not gossip. Lately we have been hearing about what many are saying is fake news. But we all have a gift if we use it, and that being able to check out the source, just like the news media has to, we can check what others tell us by considering who is saying it, a radical, nut, gossip, and if the News media tells us something, then listen to another news media to be sure you are getting the facts, using your common sense to interpret what you heard, to make sure things add up. Lets take a look at harassment, from the beginning, because none of it is right, most often even allowed by law, sexual harassment is just one major problem that we have to deal with and should have been dealt with long ago, not only by lawmakers listening to special interest groups but professional studies, by psychiatrists and neurologists, psychologists, human and animal Biologists to get all the facts and begin where sexual harassment really begins. Now I ill explain my reason for this paper and about harassment, then lets get to the main area, of Sexual harassment.
     The Sexual Harassment laws, are not the only problem we have to deal with, but just now lawmakers of many States and the Federal Legislatures are preparing to create laws to control Sexual Harassment, but we must make sure they are just, not a religious laws, or a law for a speicial interest group. So first lets talk about what comes first:

1- Where is the middle ground where a nuisance become a crime.

2- What is being Equal,

                 A- The same weight, even wrestles have a heavy weight and lightweight.

                 B- Same knowledge level, some of us are smarter in some areas and dumber in others, so a plumber can't do surgery. And we can't realistically get a law made, that allows plumber to do surgery.

                 C- Same gender, we can't force a man to become a woman, or woman to become a man, or change a mans macho behavior provided by Nature, or change a woman's, secretive seductive, protective, demanding, and passionate, behavior..

                 D- Sexual orientation: We can no longer except women or men as women or men only anymore, because they are now divided into sub divisions. Gay and Straight, these are also sub divided into the male female role playing, one partner is cisgender (sex born with), while the other is androgynous or transgender (playing sex there not), and thus the couple superficially bears some resemblance to a heterosexual(hetero-normative) couple. So sexual harassment laws and research must be divided into all these groups also. because Men compete with men and women, for women, women gays playing the male role, sometimes called Dikes, compete with men for women, so the conflict has to be taken into consideration.               
                 E- Same strength: you need the same strength, the job you are hired to do or someone has to do your job for you.

                 F- Color: Race is another deal like Gender, we can't go by just one color, or race, so accusing another race of getting more then another is racism, no mater if they are white, black or brown. I hear white, calling blacks racists, and blacks calling whites racist and both calling browns racists. They are all racists if the blame others of it. To become one color, we have to lawmakers have to listen to the experts and compromise.

                 G- Leave the past in the past: Remember when Barney brought up old unsolved cases when Andy told him not to and had the entire town in an uproar, fist fighting, and Andy had to put a stop to it all. We all see the past differently, in fact we all see the present differently, and have fights trying to get to the truth and then there are the lie's to deal with, ease today, not so, the farther away the past goes back.

3- Leveling the playing field, by understanding the fact's between our being equal, based on all sides and Research using our professionals. There is always a middle ground to deciding everything that we can all agree on, That middle ground has to be found before we can even begin, where does the harassment become harassment that hurts others and when does it become realistically harmful to others. That point is where it becomes a crime.

4- Leave out Religion and politics, it's what caused the mess we are in. None of us will ever agree on a religion or a political party. I wish we could, but we only end up with laws someone won;t like and have rule by one political party or one religion and leads to a war. Because that is why our forefathers came here.

5- Listen to the Professionals; Not a political party or religious leader, Real professionals with proven facts, not just those who read research, but those who do the research, like neurologists, or          Astor-physicists, Both doctor and Psychologist, to get it right.

     Lets start with Religion and politics, our worst enemy as a whole, because we all live under our own religious rules, and that means we are all stepping on someones toes, because there is little agreement on what religion is right or wrong. Nor do we all want them to forced us to believe, that our religion, is wrong. or those having no God are evil, so arrest them. No one wants to be forced to obey laws they believe are wrong based on there Religion. That is the reason for the separation of Church and State. Yet we have laws on the books based mostly on Religion, and contrary to research by professionals. Why!! Because our so called leaders got lazy and never updated them, causing illegal laws to still on the books, that our enemy in the law enforcement, politics, political party, religion, or any other speicial interest groups, can use to bully us with.

     Now lets go to the little guy. In the old days we told bullies to pick on someone there size, because they don't want trouble with someone there own size, but we fail to see the little guy when we are red hot mad, full of rage or just upset, and we only want it our way right or wrong. We are full of temptation's that get out of hand when we lose it, like when any control over our actions are gone, and we do what we normally would never do. All Races, Color's, genders, hate others in another race or that race entirely. In the old days all races coming to America because of the ugly wars, learned fast to get along, because our survival depended on it, back then. I remember growing up with world war Vets like my Dad, going to a shop, talking to the owner and all of a sudden he runs to his desk, gets his binoculars, looking into the sky, at a plane flying over, writing down the number on the plane. calling someone and giving that number. They we civilian's working for the government to protect us from our enemy back then. So before we can make any laws on Harassment we have to remember is bombs fall and an invasion happens we all will be needed and we best put our selfish ways on hold,  stand by that neighbor you hate or we will fall and know what slavery is all about.

     As time went by, society forgot that freedom of enterprise was all about the right to compete as long as what you did was legal, so you didn't cheat to become the king on the hill. Cheating was called a nasty name, Monopolizing, Doing anything illegal to get rid of competition. Many crooks in big business would get laws made to get rid of competition, because they couldn't pay for the permits, licenses, fines, or inspections place on them, because of these laws, made by people as bad as mobsters. They must understand they must only pick on someone there own size also.

     We are all equal when we are all the same color, we try to make sure of it. But, in reality even our own color or gender has sub dividers within our color or gender, causing trouble claiming discrimination within our own. I don't avoid someone by color, or gender, or sexual preference, I avoid the snobs, uppity ups, know it all's, bullies, gossips, snotty show offs, I don't care if your pink, same sexed, or headless horsemen... Now I can under stand hate, I was trained that our enemy the Asians were less then animals, and hated them for years, then I saw two Asian children playing and realized they were as wonderful as my own. Then I found the military turn on me after a mentally ill friend thought the CIA wanted to kill him and I took him home to get him help, that we, couldn't get the base. I called his commanding officer, who claimed he let my Commanding officer know what had happened, and I did everything he said and when he told me to get back anyway I could, after a week not eating anything, I hopped a freight train and was crushed on my way back to my base, crippled for life and I got punished for it. So I know hate, even by the military I fought with, that got infiltrated by those against the way and us for fighting it. and when they tried to take my combat infantryman's badge  because I refused to take an exam for there professional infantryman's given to non combat Veterans, so they attacked me, and the hate grew. And the hate got even worse as I got home and found out what the marines did my little hero brother, who latter ran his car off a cliff. I came home to people who thought I was a baby killer, who hated me for what I did for them and four Government shutdowns and suffering from cancer, because the VA wouldn't let me see a doctor and I got sent home over and over again, crying and hurting every time. So I still have my hate bottled up inside, but I learned not to blame everyone for it, because there is nothing I can do about it. We have to learn that equal means learning to get along.

     Now, lets talk a little about sexual harassment laws.

1- First understand that men and women are very different

                 A- women have a vagina..... men have a penis 

                 B- Women have a womb, causing hormone imbalances, pain, moods, anger and even rage

                 C- Men have Testicles, with fluids ducts to get women pregnant, that need to be emptied, with warning signs called urges, to empty the ducks, causing extreme needs, and painful tingling pulsating waves, an excitement, long painful erection that won't go away, a need to body touch, to feel the wanted feelings, then forced to work with women who don't want to be touched.

                 D- Women only want to be touch by a man when they are excited, because unlike men they take time to become in the mood, as men are instantly there.

                 E- Men want women to snuggle standing even, touch them but never quit until it is over 

                 F- Women don't like working in a small room packed with both men and women squeezed

                 G- Men would love it, yet they would be blamed for sexual harassment because of the behavior caused by it all. 

     Yet, there is so much we still don't know about each other, because we let special interest groups stop research or even contaminate research so they could promote there own agenda. Research so important, that new research has to begin, to give the lawmakers the information they need to make fair truly equal laws.
     Another harassment law that we need is for  bullying, of those we don't like and those who made a mistake and served there time, like they are the worst of the lot. Laws that cause bullying with labels like predictor or pedophile, that's like calling them the N word because they did something we think is disgusting. Because, there are so many priests and others in prisons right now that we cannot ignore, that the temptations are there in all of us. So thank God you don't have to live with what they do.

My Birthday

My home, was 25 miles from town, on the winter night night, during a bad winter blizzard so bad our Neighbor Cody had to lay on dads car hood, to tell dad with his window rolled down where to drive, because the wind and snow was so bad they couldn't see from inside his car, on the way to the mid wife's house, before I was born. It was a long 25 mile trip and now they found out the midwife center was full, so they had to go another 25 or thirty miles to Brainerd MN, before I could be delivered. Those old men were tough and so was my mother to make such a trip, but my dads friend had to be a speicial friend to ride on the hood of his car all that way, for him. But Dad had a lot of tough old friends as he was one of Merrill's marauders in Burma and his other friend was the famous medic in the movie, and our family doctor. Today, it is blowing snow and thirty below, giving me an example of what it was like 73 years ago. So I began my adventure into life with a hostile environment, and it has been a hostile environment throughout life, but I am still being carried over the ruff roads by angles, Probable my Dad and Cody who died years ago, and my old hero Doctor got Alzheimer and my friend Janis who worked in the nursing home said he, could remember and tell Stories of his adventures in Burma and then just stop forgetting what he was even talking about, so they would have to wait until another day to start the story all over again and hope he could finish it. But of course he is gone also, I also miss his stories, setting in his exam room swapping stories of my adventures in Vietnam with him, until the Nurse would say he had to get back to work. Yes I miss those old friend and worry about forgetting them because of my Alzheimer. Russell R Ellis

Where did that hate monster come from?

It came from Propaganda, not the military, but long before it, but from radical religions. A preacher of a radical religion can program a group of people to see a word, tool, person and human waist as something so nasty smelling, tasting, icky, so bad you don't even want to be near it, even a person under that hate spell, because Folks, that's all it is, a simple spell, a few words chanted over and over again, to make us believe it is so bad, yes, it is called superstition. That dung written in the bible left behind by animals doesn't feel nasty at all, but interpret it into English, shit, oh my lord. That one word had so many nice names that preachers put spells on to make you think the sound of the word was repulsive, like before shit, it was crap, but became so ugly by the preacher spells, that they had to change it to shit, then it became poop, much better, but the spells are still being chanted and soon it will be horrible like the others, and human waist will start to sound bad as the spells are applied to them. None of those words are bad, nor will they hurt you, except in a filthy mind. then they might just scare you to death. People get so full of propaganda, that they have to carry salt around to through over there shoulder, to be safe from the monsters. Superstition. If I keep telling everyone how dangerous your wife is, over and over again someone will kill her, to be safe, like Trumps wall, superstition, caused by fear, hearing over and over about the bad guys coming for us, monsters and demons of every kind, Zombies. The pedophiles are so dangerous, watch out for rapists, Blacks are going to kill us all, so will the Mexicans. Yet the Whites killed the Indians in horrible sickening ways. And whites killed the Jews. We fail to look for the truth and end up afraid of our own shadow. Quit making thing and even people to dangerous and nasty to be around us, because our forefathers fought and died to give us freedom and making hate to divide our nation is throwing freedom out the window. I don't care what they said that word was before, or that person was before, nothing is forever bad except in a hateful filthy mind of a nasty person.

 Long before Psychology, the bad things we did were called demons, and we did many sadistic things to get rid of them. Mostly religious leader caused the judgement on what to do to get the demons out of someone, and most often the person was perfectly fine until they were told over and over again they had a demon in them, and they began believing it. But the real Demon in all of us is our Control center, the point when we lose control and no longer care about anything and lash out without realizing we did it, that demon is called temporary insanity, and mostly caused by provocation.

What made our Nation great was because we were all unique mut's, you know, illegal aliens; fleeing religious persecution, dictatorships, famine, and even came as slaves,  we learned to be great from our suffering, as we learned how to live together as one person without color, becoming more and more civilized as we grew from the primitive people we were preying on one another like wild animals, taking whatever we wanted, even women, without mercy, to be totally free, with a spirit, to fight to remain free once we got more and more free by freeing others, who helped keep us free, as our tribe grew, with a vow to remain united so no one could overpower us. Our forefathers learned how to tolerate each other even though some didn't care for some, they still knew they needed them, no matter what kind of past they had, it remained there, as no one could ever do anything about it, or understand why, only guess, without steering up rumors that only caused a split that could never be solved, as the past already happened. So the justice you were seeking, is a justice fitting only today's environment. All our forefathers suffered horror's, we will never understand, because we have become so spoiled, because of all they gave us.
     Remember as long as we don't fall into the Humpty Dumpty trap and give up our duty of patriotism, serving each other and our Nation equally, like our being drafted to fight, we can never fall. But if we get so lazy that we hire others to defend us, and we come under attack, with no money to pay them, we see a army disappear, and another fall like the Roman Empire. Let the Tribe of The United States of America grow as one, to become even greater, with each day, and remember why so many want to come here to have what we take for granite.   Russell R Ellis

How many National emergency's did the wall create, and were they all created by Russia or Trump alone. The Wall cause a shut down that has caused: National Emergency's; 1- Weakened protection by the Coast guard, 2- Shutdown of airport's, controllers, and security, 3- weakened law enforcement, 4- weakened homeland security, 5- Weakened border security, 6- no punishment or solution for Russian election tampering, 7- Weakening our Military, 8-  These are all doors, each more important then the wall, that have been opened for the enemy.

In today's world, we are facing so much propaganda, that, well, we need to know what the Words "Ass Backwards" mean.  Criminal politicians, or businessmen will use words you don't fully understand, by saying that's what they are offering. To do this they will use a word easily misunderstood. One of the most misunderstood words is "Freedom Of Enterprise", and "Monopolizing." "Freedom Of Enterprise is also called Capitalism, having the right to compete in business equally anywhere, legally, with as few laws or regulations as possible." Monopolizing is using laws illegally, to put others out of business, or getting laws made to take away the right of other businesses to compete. "Easily confused."
     A new business comes to an area and decides to have a Christmas tree farm, but his competition is mom and pop Christmas tree Harvesters, who purchases what is called a stump-age to harvest so many tree's on a State land, then sell the tree's to Truckers going into a large city, to sell to those who sell Christmas tree's there. Under freedom of enterprise, they both have a right to sell, but lets say this new tree farmer does not wish to compete with these small mom and pop harvesters, so convince Legislators to make law's to make it to expensive for the Mom and Pop's to compete, with high cost permit's, special unnecessary bagging, or make it illegal for truckers to buy tree's from the mom and pops. These legislators are as guilty as the crooked businessmen, of monopolizing. And when the Courts no longer can judge weather a law is Constitutional, then there is no one to weed out corruption. So we end up with little children running a lemon aid stand getting arrested for selling lemon aid, in there yard. Can you have a rummage sale in your town anytime you wish, without costly permits, sell lemon aid on your street, do you have a smaller business, getting harassment from other places of business?      Russell R Ellis
