Religion
Few know it is against the law to make a law based on religion. The reason we keep religion out of politics is, quit simple, it is no longer anyone's religion, but a forced man made obligation, based on nothing. For example Fornication was turned into a religious law, that made Prostitution wrong, when fornication under most excepted religions is having an affair or sex with someone your not married to. In this case, free sex, and real affairs are above the law. So some can enjoy sex and some can't, when the Constitution clearly says, if it cannot be enforce on everyone equally, it can't be a law. Some can have sex and some can't just because they are to ugly, causing them to have to pay to have sex. No one has updated this law; to make sure it is legal, by research by doctors psychologist, psychiatrists, neurologist or biologist, input, without being contaminated by anyone's religion.
Another example: Pornography, like Prostitution, a totally religious law, based on out of date research, that proved it caused sexual crimes, by causing men to lose control and do stupid things like rape. It was easy back then for research to rig it all to look like it was, a witch's brew or spell or a rape drug. but research today already proves that if women naked can cause this to happen, then clothing molded over the sex organs can do the same thing, but study's prove it does far more then this today, if it is what men see that turns them on then shorty shorts, camel toe, setting positions, bending over showing the backside likeness, would all also be illegal. That is how easily governments can change, even what a sin is, creating a new NATIONAL religion. Russell R Ellis
